By accessing the wwwbpex website or mobile app, creating an account, making a deposit or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. You also agree to our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming policy, both of which are incorporated into these terms by reference.

These terms apply regardless of how you access the platform — whether through a web browser on a desktop or laptop, through the wwwbpex mobile app on an Android device, or through any other supported access method. The terms apply equally to all users in all regions where the platform is accessible.

If you are accessing wwwbpex on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these terms. In all other cases, these terms apply solely to you as an individual user.

To register and use wwwbpex, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. wwwbpex is strictly an adult platform. Persons under 18 are prohibited from registering or using any part of the platform.
• You must be acting in your own name and on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of any other party.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion from gambling or gaming platforms that would cover wwwbpex.
• You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information when registering your account and must keep that information up to date.
• You must not already hold an active or suspended account on wwwbpex. Each person is permitted to hold one account only.

wwwbpex reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason. Registration does not guarantee access to all features of the platform — some features, bonuses or betting markets may be subject to additional eligibility criteria.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials — your username and password. You must not share your account access with any other person. wwwbpex will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account where you have shared your credentials or failed to keep them secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact wwwbpex support immediately. You should change your password without delay.

Your account balance is held in PKR. All deposits, bets, winnings and withdrawals are processed in Pakistani Rupees. There is no conversion step at wwwbpex's end — the amount you see in your balance is the amount in PKR that is available to you.

wwwbpex may suspend or restrict your account at any time if it suspects a breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, misuse of bonuses, multi-accounting, or any other conduct that wwwbpex considers to be against the spirit of fair and legitimate use of the platform.

• One account per person. Creating multiple accounts is a breach of these terms and will result in all accounts being closed.
• Account credentials must not be sold, transferred or otherwise given to another person.
• You are responsible for all activity on your account, including activity that occurs as a result of your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• wwwbpex is not responsible for technical issues on your side — connection failures, device problems or interrupted sessions — that result in bets being placed or not placed as you intended.

wwwbpex accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit cards, credit cards and other supported mobile wallets. Supported payment methods are displayed on the Deposit page and may be updated from time to time.

Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name and matching the details on your wwwbpex account. Deposits from third-party accounts — whether a family member's JazzCash wallet, a friend's bank account or any other third-party source — are not permitted and may result in account suspension and the return of funds.

wwwbpex does not charge deposit fees. Your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges which are outside wwwbpex's control. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the Deposit page at the time of transaction.

Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible. Processing times vary by method. Any outstanding bonus wagering requirements must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed. wwwbpex reserves the right to request identity and payment verification documentation before processing withdrawals.

wwwbpex offers bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. These include welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, VIP rewards and other promotional credits. All bonuses are subject to their own specific terms which are published alongside each offer.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific bonus terms, the following general conditions apply to all bonuses at wwwbpex:

• Bonuses must be claimed within the time window specified in the offer. Expired bonuses cannot be retroactively applied.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated clearly in the offer details.
• Bonuses are credited to your account in PKR and are non-transferable. They cannot be exchanged for cash directly without meeting the applicable wagering requirements.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the specific offer states otherwise.
• wwwbpex reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. If a bonus was claimed in error or under fraudulent circumstances, wwwbpex reserves the right to reclaim it.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing offsetting bets to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, or exploiting technical errors — will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any associated winnings.

The VIP programme operates under its own set of terms and benefits, which are set out in full on the VIP page. VIP rewards accumulate based on real-money wagering activity and are subject to the VIP programme terms current at the time they are earned.

All bets and wagers placed on wwwbpex are subject to the rules applicable to the relevant sport, market or game. These rules are published within the relevant section of the platform and form part of these Terms and Conditions.

For Sports Betting — including Cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, Football and Esports markets — the following general rules apply:

• Bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body or official competition authority.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, suspended or void, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific market rules published on the Betting page.
• Live betting markets close and reopen at wwwbpex's discretion. Once a live bet is accepted and confirmed, it is binding.
• Odds are subject to change prior to bet acceptance. The odds confirmed at the time your bet is accepted are the odds that apply to that bet.
• wwwbpex reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error or where the odds displayed were materially incorrect due to a technical fault.

For Casino games — including Live Casino, Slots and Bingo — the rules of each individual game govern play. Game rules are accessible within the game interface. RNG (Random Number Generator) based games use certified random number generation. Live Casino games are conducted by real dealers and are subject to the rules displayed at the table.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on wwwbpex. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and bonuses, and reporting to relevant authorities where required:

• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one account on wwwbpex, whether in your own name or using a different name or identity.
• Fraudulent deposits: Using stolen, cloned or unauthorised payment methods to fund your account.
• Bonus abuse: Any systematic attempt to exploit bonus offers, including creating multiple accounts, using coordinated wagering strategies to clear wagering requirements at minimal risk, or any other method that wwwbpex deems to be in bad faith.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate outcomes in poker, casino games or any other competitive format on the platform.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, macros or any automated software to place bets, play games or interact with the platform in any way that is not the result of genuine human decision-making in real time.
• Match fixing or insider information: Placing bets based on knowledge of fixed or manipulated outcomes, or based on insider information that is not publicly available.
• Exploitation of technical errors: Deliberately exploiting odds errors, game malfunctions or any other technical fault to generate an unfair advantage.
• Underage gambling: Registering or attempting to register if you are under 18 years of age, or allowing a person under 18 to access your account.

• Copy, reproduce, distribute or republish any part of the platform's content without prior written permission from wwwbpex.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code of any software that forms part of the platform.
• Use the wwwbpex name, logo or branding in any way that suggests an association with or endorsement by wwwbpex without written authorisation.
• Scrape, crawl or systematically extract data from the platform by automated means.

Any unauthorised use of wwwbpex's intellectual property may result in legal action. If you believe that content on the platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact support with full details of your claim.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wwwbpex's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by you to your account in the thirty days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

wwwbpex is not liable for:

• Any loss of winnings, profits or revenue resulting from technical faults, server outages, connectivity issues or any other interruption to service.
• Losses resulting from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
• Losses resulting from your reliance on information published on the platform, including odds, statistics or sporting data that turns out to be inaccurate.
• Indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages of any kind, regardless of whether wwwbpex was advised of the possibility of such damages.
• The content, services or practices of any third-party payment providers used to deposit or withdraw funds.

Nothing in these terms limits wwwbpex's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

You may close your wwwbpex account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any outstanding bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to standard verification requirements.

wwwbpex may suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• You have breached any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• wwwbpex suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering or any other illegal conduct in connection with your account.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Continued operation of your account presents a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other users.
• wwwbpex decides to cease operations in your region or to discontinue the platform entirely.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of terms, wwwbpex reserves the right to withhold any bonus funds and any winnings generated through bonus play, and to retain funds where there is reasonable evidence of fraudulent activity pending investigation.

wwwbpex reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Where the changes are material — that is, where they significantly affect your rights or obligations — wwwbpex will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the platform after updated terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of those updated terms. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you should stop using the platform and close your account.

This decision is final in respect of matters within wwwbpex's operational scope.
